Freelance Contract Role for Supply Chain Sustainability Auditor

This is a remote freelance contract role for a Supply Chain Sustainability Auditor. Responsibilities include conducting sustainability audits for clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and preparing detailed reports based on findings. The auditor will also review supply chain processes, recommend best practices, and collaborate with teams to enhance sustainable practices within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting sustainability audits, inspections, and certifications within supply chains
• Understanding of sustainable supply chain practices and related industry standards
• Strong research and analytical skills to assess and improve supply chain processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and client interaction
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
• Educational background in Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous
• Familiarity with industry tools, frameworks, and sustainability certifications
• Previous experience in auditing or sustainability within the textile or manufacturing industries is a plus
